For all those who are looking for drivers for Windows virtual machines under ESX or ESXi VMware platform, here is what you will need:
ready-made prepared .FLO floppy images to be simply mounted as virtual floppy drive, which will hold needed drivers for LSI BusLogic SCSI 20320 disk controller to be used at Windows system installation on ESX platform.

Quick instructions:
- Download apropriate image,
- save it to your ESX host datastore,
- I assume, you have already mounted or inserted installation CD/DVD media
- start your Windows VM installation
- be quick upon installation start to quickly navigate in VI Client to Console tab, click somewhere inside Console window and catch the installation screen which says:
"Press F6 if you need to install additional drivers"
Now, press F6 and in next step you will be prompted to "S" specify drivers, which will be found on FLO floppy image. But BEFORE you search for drivers, you must mount your floppy image:
- while waiting on Windows blue installation screen, edit your virtual machine settings,
- go to Floppy Drive and set it up to point at proper .FLO image.
- check "Connected" checkbox!
- now you may instruct installation wizard to search for additional drivers on Floppy, and it will find them.
- Voila! You may continue and Windows will install without problems.
