Well,
in windows 11 a lot of settings are "stupidified", making it harder to access and some even impossible to address via available new nice-looking Settings panel. For example, how can you disable "Default gateway" for VPN connection in Windows 11? Not possible, if you do not know the trics.
One of the best is easy access to Network Connections good old control panel. Just Win+R and type:
