Sometimes one would need to export and then import VPN connections list on newly setup machine. It's quite simple:

1.) Look for file named rasphone.pbk which is VPN and dial-up connections database file in text format.

If using 2003/XP look into folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk

If on Vista/2008 technology, file is located in
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk

2.) Copy & save rasphone.pbk file on safe location, and import it back again when new machine is setup by simply copying the file to the proper folder.

Only be aware that VPN and dialup connections are bind to specific NIC adapters, so if adapters change, you might need to manually edit rasphone.pbk file or VPN/dialup connections after import, so to use proper NIC adapters.
